Teacher Recommendation
A letter of recommendation from one teacher, who has taught the student in Loudoun County Public Schools, in any grade, must be included in the application packet. At least one phone number (home or work) for that teacher must be included for verification purposes.

Written Essay
The applicant must include an essay of two hundred words (no more than one page) double spaced 12 point font. Included in the essay must be your educational goals and why you want to teach in public education. Also include an explanation of why you need and will benefit from this scholarship.
APPLICATION MUST BE POSTMARKED NO LATER THAN APRIL 4, 2018.
