FINAL TASK
Make your wish for 2015!Each year people from around the globe write their wishes for the New Year on pieces of official Times Square New Year’s Eve confetti. Whether it’s a personal goal, a dream for the future or doing something for the very first time, these wishes will be posted on theNew Year’s Eve Wishing Wall located in the Times Square Museum & Visitor Center (7th Ave between 46th & 47th Streets, open 7 Days a Week, 8AM - 8PM).
Your teacher hands out 6 coloured self-stick notes. Each piece of paper represents one category of your mind map.
Blue – Things I want to do
Pink – Things I want to be
Yellow – People I want to see and meet
Green- Places I want to go to
Orange- What I wish for other people
Red- My hopes for a better world
These confetti are displayed on Broadway Wishing Wall every year on New Year’s Eve. This year, your English teacher has decided to make a wishing wall at your school.
After writing your wishes at school, you will submit them on Broadway virtual wishing wall online. Follow the instructions on this website:

CONSEILS en français :
1. Vous rédigez un message pour la nouvelle année. Ce message devra évoquer les 6 catégories de votre mind map. Chaque post-it de couleur devra comporter un souhait différent. Ces 6 phrases feront partie d’un message que vous enverrez par le biais du Broadway Wishing wall sur internet.
a) Votre enseignant affichera tous les souhaits correspondants aux 6 catégories dans le hall du lycée.
b) Vous rédigerez votre message (contenant 6 souhaits différents) que vous enverrez en complétant le formulaire sur Broadway Virtual Wishing Wall.
2. Vous devrez utiliser 3 expressions différentes exprimant le souhait, l’espoir.
?I wish, I would like, I want to, I hope etc.
3. Vous exprimerez des souhaits vous concernant ou un ami ou un parent etc. Et qui marquent le début d’une nouvelle année.
