Opening Ceremonies—Meeting was called to order by Brother Sanford at 8:00.

Recruitment—Brother Stillman

  • Ice Fishing Tournament –This Saturday the 5th and leaving at 7:30 with the New Recruits
  • Dinner Thursday Night will be Spaghetti with the New Recruits

Finance—Brother Holdvogt

  • Bills Due 2/9
  • Shocker Bill was $900 to fix the sanitizer

Membership Education—Brother Sleik

  • Big Brother/ Little Brother Apps are out. Pick one up if you want one.
  • Committee Meeting Thursday at 8

Operations—Brother Kann

  • All House Remarks-Was done well!
  • Carpet Shampoo/Points for Big Rooms
  • There were NO missed crews on Sunday.
  • Tuesday at 6:30 the lot will be plowed.
  • There will be a meeting with Kitty and The Building Committee Thursday at 7 for information on the New House Project.

Alumni Relations—Brother Monson

  • Directorycall session was tonight at 7 before the meeting-It seemed to go well.

Scholarship—Brother Keck

  • Class Schedules are due tonight.
  • Teaching Sessions lists are up; do them and fill out sheets that Jason has.
  • Study Files –bringing down class material will start next week.
  • Committee Meeting is Wednesday at 7 in the Library.

  • Activities—Brother Hertel
  • Intramurals-Broomball Wed at 9,Basketball Team 1 plays on Tuesday and Thursday at 10 and Team 2 plays on Tuesday and Thursday at 9
  • Main Street Clean-Up is being done by Andrew Christenson and George Diamond.
  • Relay for Life-Sign Up. It was voted that the house pay the $150 registration fee.
  • Bob Casey Presentation-Have ideas, talk to Tryston.
