What is it? Internships at ADG Creative are typically unpaid but this is determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the candidate, hours per week and scope of the internship. Internships may be include a payment stipend or as part of course credit.

When is it? A typical internship with ADG Creative is anywhere from 3 months to a year, usually determined in conjunction with the students’ schedule and availability. ADG typically launches internships in the fall, spring and summer but this is flexible. We’re always looking to hire so each internship always has the possibility of becoming a more established position over time.

Where is it? All internships are on-site at ADG’s space off Columbia Gateway Drive in Columbia, MD near Route 175 and Route 95.

How do I apply? After selecting an internship track, students must complete the application and submit that along with resume and portfolio URL if applicable to the appropriate contact below. Serious consideration will be given to each applicant and if it appears there is a potential fit a phone or in-person interview would occur next.

Who should apply? College juniors and seniors who are working toward a degree in graphic design, interactive design and/or visual or strategic communications. We’re looking for go-getters who have skills but can also soak things up like a sponge. It’s about learning and doing and we’re looking for interns who aren’t afraid to be stretched and can learn new things in a fast-paced environment. Your commitment will be determined before starting the internship, hours/week are typically 16 – 20.
