SPECTATOR INFORMATION

SECURITY

Please advise all concerned that the Petersen Events staff will take security precautions. All persons entering the EventsCenter will be checked carefully, including equipment bags, personal bags, etc. when entering the facility. Carry-in items must be minimal and essential. The following items may not be brought into the PetersenEventsCenter: backpacks, coolers, large purses, body paints, thermoses, cans, bottles, flasks, alcoholic beverages, laser pointers, duffle bags, tote bags, strollers, banners, video and movie cameras, cameras with attachable lenses, tripods, weapons and any other item that may pose a security risk to players, participants or fans. Cash, credit or debit sales for all game day tickets purchased at PetersenEventsCenter.

GATES/SEATING

All fans purchasing gate tickets and those with game tickets, WPIAL gold courtesy passes or complimentary tickets must enter at Concourse Gate A. Cash, credit or debit sales for all game day tickets which are $10 purchased at PetersenEventsCenter. The gates for session 1 games will open at 4:00 PM, session 2 games at 10AM and the gates for session 3 games will open at 6:00 PM. The arena will be split into two halves. Teams designated as home teams (higher team on bracket) will occupy seats in sections 102 – 113 and teams designated as visiting teams (lower team on bracket) will occupy seats in sections 115-126. Please announce this to your students and fans.

INDIANA IS THE HOME TEAM

NOISE MAKERS/ATTIRE

Noisemakers (air horns, cowbells, plastic milk cartons with coins, etc.) are prohibited. No towels or flags are permitted. Fansthat bring these items to the gate will be turned away. If any of these items are discovered after gate entry, they will be confiscated. The Principal and/or Athletic Director will be responsible for policing this. ALL FANS IN ATTENDANCE MUST WEAR FULL LENGTH SHIRTS AT ALL TIMES AND CANNOT HAVE THEIR FACES COVERED WITH EITHER A MASK OR PAINT. NO SIGNS ARE PERMITTED.

PROGRAMS

Programs will be assembled by the WPIAL and will be available for sale at the site for a cost of $5.00 each. Programs will be sold inside Concourse Gate A. A media guide will be available for media with credentials at the WPIAL room.

SPECTATOR PARKING

Spectator parking will be available in the OC Lot on Allequippa Street on Friday and Saturday for $10.Handicapped drop-off areas` are located on Terrace Street in front of the Petersen Events Center. Accessible parking is available in the BST Lot diagonal from the Petersen Events Center on Terrace Street with an accessible placard.
