Statement of facts

3. Gordon Brown (Respondent) is at fault in this matter.
4. As an operation of law Gordon Brown (Respondent) by dishonor of Affidavit has created a fault.
Opportunity to cure
In the event that Respondent’s failure to respond to the Affidavit, # ****** was an oversight, mistake or otherwise unintentional, John Smith (Affiant) grants Gordon Brown (Respondent) three (3) days, exclusive of the day of receipt, to cure the fault.
