I. Review February 20, 2014 meeting notes
Minutes were reviewed and approved.
II. Announcements
Congratulations to Melissa Jordine who was accepted to attend the WASC Leadership Academy.
a. Senate Update
i. Bookmarks – have been sent to the print shop and they will be distributed to a number of places across campus.
ii. Co-Sponsor Campus Forum Format and Agenda
L. Zelezny invited the committee members to invite three campus members to attend the forum. The campus forum is open to faculty, staff and students. Members have been asked to attend both forums if their schedule permits.

b. Format – Team Leaders will be asked to be part of a panel.
iii. John Shields Invite
John Shields was invited to the Senate to recognize him for his work. Once the date has been selected the information will be sent to everyone.
b. Outreach and Meetings with Advisory Boards
i. Presented: UFO and BFSA
ii. Upcoming: LFSA, PCHRE and Chairs, Criminology and Business
iii. A. Lawson to visit ASI/USU
III. ePortfolio and Assessment Meeting – March 18th update – A. Lawson
Pathbrite is the software that our campus will be using to create eportfolios. Students will be able to collect their work as they complete their degree major.
IV. Review Self-Narrative Feedback – A. Lawson
a. Reviewed draft #3 to G. Harootunian– April 1, 2014
Andrew Lawson has reviewed the self-narrative draft #3 and we have made great progress. The goal is for A. Lawson and L. Zelezny to review it by April 1st and then give it to G. Harootunian for the next review. There are still a few paragraphs that still need to be written and A. Lawson requested feedback from the group to write these paragraphs.
V. Communication/Collaborative Plan
a. April Newsletter – T. Pierce will be working on the upcoming newsletter and should be out by mid-April. It may be important to communicate to the campus what to expect when the visitors are here in 2015.
b. Communications – 1 page FAQs
c. Upcoming campus forums

· Questions and Prompts – we need questions and prompts to lead the campus forums.

· Reach out to college WASC representatives – Please make sure to make yourself very visible in the next few weeks.
· Attendance to upcoming campus forums – Please plan to participate in both forums and bring colleagues to attend.
· Help support excellence in upcoming program reviews
