The club’s annual July 2006 BBQ was hosted for the second year in a row by Evelyn & Vaskin Hogopian. They had the tents and tables set up for the hungry masses. It was only about 97 degrees @ 5:30. It was so warm, Vasken had to go out & get more ice to keep the beverages cold. There were about 25 members and their guest/spouses in attendance. It was wonderful to see in attendance Irvin Peters. FOOD, food, food, drink, drink, drinks. Did I say FOOD & DRINK? If not there was PLENTY to enjoy by all. There was even leftovers to take home. Yum Yum all over again. Thank You BOTH for your hospitality

Hey folks, I am beginning to get serious about sign ups for our Cruise Cruise Tour on Sunday, August 20th. Several have already signed up (Austs, Castle and several from our Region) the instant I announced it months ago but now we need to get names. The last time this was held we even got a few from San Diego Region.

The only item that I ask of each Region is that they attempt their best to get people to drive their Vintage Chevy. The post BBQ tour needs to haul everyone on a short tour to Seal Beach (a few miles) and back. The yacht people are going to a lot of trouble bringing out their little ships so I hate to have them not have enough cars for touring.

Attached are copies of our flyer and Sign Up List that you may use. Note the deadline of August 13th for notification.
