What will happen the information?

Information supplied may be used by BordBia for media purposes in the promotion of the show. By completing this form, you are agreeing to allow BordBia to use the information provided before, during and following the show. For instance, BordBia sends regional releases highlighting local companies taking part in Bloom.

BordBia does not undertake PR activity for any individual exhibitors, however Bord Bia encourages companies to actively publicise their own participation.

BordBia’s Bloom, Ireland’s largest gardening, food and family festival will take place over the June Bank Holiday Weekend in the Phoenix Park, Dublin from Thursday, 1st June to Monday 5th June 2017. BordBia’s annual showcase of the best of Ireland’s horticulture and food industry will once again feature a range of impressive show gardens, food features and family entertainment. TheOrganisersreservetherighttowithdrawadisplayfromtheshow atanypointuptoandincluding the build-up period, should a major health & safety concern arise or a major diversion from the brief is undertaken without approval from the Nursery AdvisoryPanel.
The location of selling tables will be decided by the Event Organisers. Exhibitors are not allowed under any circumstances to sell or store sale plants in public view on any surface other than the allocated sales table or to use additional tables or structures other than those allocated tothem.
Selling space will be situated next to the associated exhibit. No additional structures or tabling may be fitted into the sales area and the area allocated by the Show Organisers must not beexceeded.
Selling tables will be draped from table top to ground in blackmaterial.
Displays must be completed in the time allocated. The Nursery & Floral Pavilion will be cleared at 10.30hrs on Wednesday 31stMay 2017 and re-admittance will be allowed after 2.00pm after judging iscomplete.
Please ensure you complete the Public Relations (PR) section of your application.
Payment for any display applications which are unsuccessful will bereturned.
A Floral & Nursery Exhibitors Manual will be sent to successful applicants in March2017.
