1. Your plans for involving the advisory committees in a school-community relations program. This might include memos, letters, notes, etc. between you (and the administration) and the advisory committee chairperson or subcommittee chairs; the plan of work developed that deals with a school-community relations program; and other correspondence related to the advisory committee.

2. Copies of press releases, radio/television spot announcements prepared by or assisted with the advisory committee(s).
