Teams: Byron, Lourdes, Medford, Stewartville, Pine Island, Kasson-Mantorville, and NRHEG
Participation: 3 participants in each running event, 4 participants in field events, and 1 relay team per school.
Entry fee: $225.00
Scoring: 10, 8,6,4,3,2,1 for individual events & 10, 8,6,4,3,2,1
Awards: Championship T-Shirt for all first place finishers
Spikes: 3/16th or less pyramids only. Please, check your athlete’s shoes.
Coaches Meeting: 4:00 at the press box if needed.
Registration for events: All online entries will be done at Wayzata Results at: www.wayazataresults.com
Go to the Wayzata Results website and go the online entries section. Follow the directions and make your entries for the meet.
Deadline for entries is 5/3/16 at 8 pm.
Field events: We have two runways for the long and triple jump. There will be four jumps with no finals for each event. Shot put and discus will have 4 throws.

Girls & Boys pole vault will run at the same time on separate pits. (Wind pending)
Boys & Girls high jump to completion—(girls start 4’0”, boys start 5’0”) (2 pits)
4:30—6:30 Boys and girls long jump (4 alive/4 jumps only)
4:30—6:30 Boys and girls triple jump (4 alive/4jumps only)
