(2)Hand Soldering conditions
Do not exceed 3 seconds at maximum 350°C under soldering iron.
(3)The encapsulated material of the LEDs is Silicone.
(4)Reflow soldering should not be done more than two times.
(5)When soldering, do not put stress on the LEDs during heating.
(6)After soldering, do not warp the circuit board.
■Precaution for use
- Storage
In order to avoid the absorption of moisture, it is recommended to store in a dry box (or a desicator) with a desiccant. Otherwise, to store them in the following environment is recommended.
Temperature: 5℃~30℃ Humidity: maximum 70%RH
- Attention after open.
LED is correspond to SMD, when LED be soldered dip, interfacial separation may affect the light transmission efficiency, causing the light intensity to drop. Attention in followed; Keeping of a fraction Temperature: : 5℃~40℃ Humidity: less than 10%
- Repairing
Repair should not be done after the LEDs have been soldered. When repairing is unavoidable,
a double-head soldering iron should be used.(as below figure) It should be confirmed beforehand
whether the characteristics of the LEDs will or will not be damaged by repairing.
■Static Electricity
- Static electricity or surge voltage damages the LEDs.
It is recommended that a wrist band or an anti-electrostatic glove be used when handing the LEDs.
- All devices, equipment and machinery must be properly grounded. It is recommended that precautions be taken against surge voltage to the equipment that mounts the LEDs.
