DISNEY WEEK RETURNS TO DESTINATION AMERICA FOR
AN ALL-NEW ENCHANTED ADVENTURE

(Silver Spring, Md.) – For the second year, Destination America’s DISNEY WEEK peeks behind the scenes of the magical, wonderful world of Disney theme parks, resorts, and cruise ships. Traveling from the original Disneyland theme park to the shipyards of Spain to witness the newest version of the Disney cruise ships, Destination America presents a week-long celebration of Disney’s vacation kingdom, handing audiences an all-access pass to America’s favorite vacation destinations, heart-pounding thrill rides, and innovative attractions. Be our guest and tune in to Destination America's DISNEY WEEK from Monday, March 3 through Friday, March 7, beginning nightly at 8pm EST.

Walt Disney World Resort Hotels Premieres Monday, March 3 at 8pm
In this one-hour special, viewers will have the chance to take an exclusive tour of the Walt Disney World® Resort Hotels, each with a special story. Discover how Disney Imagineers designed each hotel to immerse guests in one-of-a-kind experiences, like taking a real safari or swimming with super-sized Nemo characters. Go back to the beginning and discover the revolutionary origins of one of their first hotels and iconic monorail. Then, take a peek into some of Disney’s luxurious accommodations like the Grand Floridian Resort and Princess Rooms at Port Orleans Resort.
Disney Cruise Line: Magic Re-Imagined Airs Tuesday, March 4 at 8pm
Get a behind-the-scenes look at the largest renovation project in Disney Cruise Line history: a full interior and exterior overhaul of their flagship vessel, the Disney Magic. Enhancements include a new thrill water slide as well as new spaces for both kids and adults.
Walt Disney World Resort: Behind the Scenes Airs Wednesday, March 5 at 8pm
Get an unprecedented look behind the scenes at Walt Disney World® Resort, where four theme parks, two water parks, more than two dozen themed-resorts, and endless entertainment offerings keep fans and families coming back year after year. Disneyland Resort: Behind the Scenes Airs Thursday, March 6 at 8pm
When the Disneyland Resort in California opened its doors in 1955, it was a fully immersive theme park the likes of which had never been seen before but changed American pop culture forever. Now, go behind the scenes to uncover mysteries and stories behind the Disney Company’s first theme park. See how Disneyland Resort captured the imagination of generations of visitors with its always changing and continually evolving attractions and shows.
