Fee agreement and service engagement

This engagement is made between: New Leaf Distribution Ltd

The service that we are being engaged to provide is advising, arranging and bringing about contracts in Investments, Savings and Pensions. We will be acting as your agent in dealing with product providers and other institutions to make any arrangements that may be required.

We have agreed that payment for our service will be as set out below:

We have agreed that the fees payable to us for providing the above services will be:

Some of the fees we provided may include elements that are liable for VAT. Where this is the case we will clearly identify what proportion of our ongoing service is liable for VAT and advise you of the amount of VAT to be paid.

I/We agree to remit the remuneration for your ongoing intermediary services as set out above. I understand that you will invoice me for these services and that you will be collecting payment as agent of New Leaf Distribution Ltd.

The authority to act on your behalf may be terminated at any time without penalty by either party in writing or verbally. I/We understand that if I ask New Leaf Distribution Ltd to commence work on my behalf and subsequently decide against taking the advice offered, or withdraw from the advisory process, New Leaf Distribution Ltd. Will charge me for their time.
