Consultantships and training programs have been conducted with numerous nonprofit, business, military, and professional organizations. Recent consults have been on measurement issues with the Psychological Corporation, on data analysis for the Air Force Mishap Prevention program, doing conflict resolution in several non-profit organizations, and leadership development in Southeast Asia.

Sixteen accreditation site visit evaluations for the American Psychological Association (e.g., Brigham Young, Notre Dame, Vanderbilt, Wheaton).
