The above mentioned hereby enter into the Mentoring Agreement. This agreement is intended to supervise and support doctoral candidates. The rights and obligations of the doctoral candidates and their advisors are set forth in the latest version of the doctoral-studies regulations, and the regulations of the faculty of Wählen Sie ein Element aus. of the University of Wählen Sie ein Element aus.. An official acceptance as a doctoral candidate by the candidate's faculty is mandatory.
The individual work- and living-conditions of the doctoral candidates, especially concerning family-obligations, will be taken into account in terms of equality of opportunity and achievement of a work-life-balance.

One copy of the Mentoring Agreement shall remain with each the advisors and the doctoral candidate; one copy shall be placed in the doctoral candidate file.

2. MENTORING
A work and time schedule for the completion of the planned doctoral project of Name of DC was discussed with Enter name of supervisors and they assessed the project as feasible within the proposed time frame.

Should the goals outlined in the Mentoring Agreement not be attainable (e.g., due to academic or personal reasons), the work plan and schedule need to be reviewed and updated. Substantial changes can be made, with mutual consent, at any time and have to be documented by all parties. The work plan and schedule are part of and need to be enclosed in the Mentoring Agreement.
In the event of a conflict, other advisors of the IRTG-1901 or the Chair of the Doctoral Committee of the Faculty of Wählen Sie ein Element aus., the Graduate Centers or the ombudsman of the University of Wählen Sie ein Element aus. 3. QUALIFICATION
Advanced trainings to gain further qualifications through subject-related or transferable components are recommended. The advisors will call the attention of the doctoral candidates of the IRTG-1901 to the course program of the Giessen Graduate Center for the Life Sciences (GGL) and the Marburg University Research Academy (MARA), and, where applicable, will recommend participation in appropriate courses. Name of DC is willing and able to participate in appropriate events organized by the GGL or MARA and, where applicable, will assist with conceptual work of the Graduate Centers.
