Bio

Courtney Kaylor is a partner with the law firm McCullough Hill Leary PS, Seattle, Washington. Her practice focuses on land use and environmental law, including permitting and litigation, and on alternative dispute resolution. She provides strategic advice and advocacy to achieve her clients’ land use entitlement goals and successful resolution of land use litigation matters. Courtney also serves as a mediator to facilitate early and lasting resolution of land use disputes. She is an Affiliate with Alhadeff & Forbes Mediation Affiliates. She is Chair of the WSBA Alternative Dispute Resolution and Environmental and Land Use Law Sections’ Land Use and Environmental Mediation Committee. She is a volunteer mediator with the King County Interlocal Conflict Resolution Group. She has written numerous articles and is a frequent speaker on land use law and mediation.
