3. UPDATE/OVERVIEW RELATING TO PINCHBECK LIBRARY

It was agreed that the official opening with County Councillor William Webb officiating had been successful, considering the size of the building etc and the resources available and with just the right number of people attending.

The volunteers are all settling in to their roles in the library and there had been no problems with occupation of the library shifts.

Approximately £400 in the bank with monies outstanding from room hirers. Still awaiting funds from Lincolnshire County Council and there are some hire invoices outstanding for payment.

Clerk advised that she had placed an enquiry via the Lincolnshire Community Voluntary Service for a volunteer to help out with the library administration.

Youth Offenders doing an excellent job with the general cleaning and housekeeping of the building and recently they have been doing some painting of the radiator in the near hallway near toilets with more painting to be done in the next few weeks.

4. BUDGET PROVISION DETAILS 2016-2017

At the recent Parish Council Budget Meeting clerk presented the Cash Flow depicting the worst case scenario and this was accepted by the Parish Council and they have therefore set aside £4,000 for the library bank account for the financial year 2016-2017.
