MRG New Screen
Salient Features
1)Line service is removed from MRG.
2)TSP Details are removed from MRG.
3)DG Slab & OOG Slabs are removed.
4)Only one record per DG type or OOG Type can be given
5)All records belongs to single agent is given in single MRG number
6)Validity can be maintained in transaction level.
7)Inclusive charges tab is introduced. User may given any sur charge, THC charge, Fixed charge code here. This charges are combined into single package.
8)All inclusive charges are segregated in booking level as per pre defined order, with the present master data of the charge codes. Balance amount will be shown in Ocean freight column.
MRG Upload – New Screen
Salient Features
1)New format released to match with new screen
2)User can use same file for add , update, expire the records here. ( Currently Add & expire only released in UAT for testing)
3)When ever user update the existing records, corresponding valid RR records also will be update with new rates and new RR numbers. Old RR details will be made cancelled . System will provide old RR and NEW RR details. TSL team needs to inform agents the old RR and NEW RR details to corresponding agents for further useage. ( Program is under development )
4)Booking already picked with RR will not revise for the above point.
5)If user expires the existing MRG records then corresponding valid RR records also expired by system. System will provide the cancelled RR details, TSL team needs to share the same to agents. ( Program is under development )
MRG Query – New Screen
Salient Features
1)User Can able to query with any field.
2)Only new MRG details will be shown, due to data integrity issue between old MRG & New MRG records.
3)Can be given to Agents so that agent can able to check their MRG records for a particular sector. Only their eligible records will be shown.
