New Secretary, President, Co-President / Still in need of a PTO secretary. We are also in need of a president and co-president. / Nominations will be taken at any time.
Treasurer’s Report / There is about $17,000 in the account; most of the money is allocated to other expenses. We have about $7000 for PTO. / Continue to raise funds for events.
Yearbook / Maria and Mrs. Johnson have been working hard. The year book is almost complete. Needs to be submitted Friday. / Maria says they will give the yearbookto the students at no cost by the end of the year.
Swing Set update / We have raised enough money to purchase a swing set. Cost will be between$4000-$6000. / Melinda contacted playground company, itslooking like September installment. Would like to have the students vote by the end of the year to pick the one they like the most.
Magnet update / Carolyn ordered the magnets. / They are here and available in the office. The cost is $7 per magnet.
Book fair / Successful book fair this spring. / Need more notice and advertising for the Fair and solicit more volunteers.
Next year’s PTO / We are going to be in need of a President, Co-President and a Secretary. Our PTO has had very low attendance. In order to keep the PTO going and providing opportunities for our children and their school we need volunteers. Please consider. / Continue recruiting.

Shirts / Looking into getting a quote for a polo shirt for teachers. / Trying to stock up on the Riverside shirts for the new kindergartners coming in this fall.
