Instructions for Submitting the Final Full Papers for IEMDC 2017
All authors must use the IEMDC 2017 Final Full Paper Template available on the website at Your paper must be 6-8 pages in length and its format must follow the template exactly. The copyright note shown at the bottom of the first page of this IEMDC 2017 full paper template must appear exactly as it is in your final paper before submitting your paper to PDF express for conversion. The pdf express document shall then be uploaded along with the copyright form to the IEMDC 2017 website following your registration.

IEEE policy requires that prior to publication all authors or their employers must transfer to the IEEE in writing any copyright they hold for their individual papers.

3.Continue to enter information as prompted.
