Pursuant to Article 56 Paragraph 1 Subparagraph 1 of the Act of July 29th, 2005, on public offer and the conditions for introducing financial instruments into organized trading and on public companies (Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 184, item 1539), the Management Board of Sygnity S.A. with its corporate seat in Warsaw informs that a partnership agreement with IBM Polska has been signed

The Management Board of Sygnity S.A. (“Company”) informs hereby that on 3 December, 2007 the Company has signed the partnership agreement (“Agreement”) with IBM Polska Company.

The Sygnity S.A.Company has obtained the position of the Authorized Partner of IBM Polska again. The Agreement provides wide opportunities in the scope of broadening of the portfolios of the services offered by Sygnity by the IBM’s advanced technologies of high quality. Access to the global know-how enables continuous improvement of skills and competences on the demanding and rapidly changing IT market.

„Widening of our partners’ portfolio is one of the business priorities of IBM Polska. Therefore we are looking forward to establish a cooperation with such important partner as Sygnity. Our targets are similar – we aim at focusing on offering complex solutions based on IBM equipment and software. It is particularly important to develop the already launched cooperation in the scope of software.We are pleased to observe the implementation in the Sygnity Group of the Rational Portfolio Manager currently under way. It is worth to emphasize an intensive cooperation in the previous years between the companies of the Sygnity Group. Winuel SA, the company of the Group specialized in solutions for energetic and utilities market, was this year’s prize-winner of a special award – Victoria - granted by the consortium. The Winuel Company has been awardedin three categories for 2006::

- the greatest achievements in sale of IBM System Storage products,

- the greatest achievements in sale of IBM Software solution on the SME market,

- the most popular partner (first position in the IBM employees’ ranking).

In all these categories, the WINUEL Company has been awarded for the second time. WINUEL S.A. is also the most certified IBM partner in the scope of Tivoli (2005-2006).

In February 2007, the PB Polsoft Company was also awarded. The Statue of Victoria 2006 was granted to this company in the 2006 Partner of the Year category – the greatest achievements in sale of IBM System i™ servers.

The Channel One organization in IBM Polska was established in June 2005. It aims at coordinating and supporting of dynamic development of IBM’s cooperation with partner companies, taking their industrial nature and different business models (software manufacturers, resellers, integrator companies and distributors) into consideration. The tasks of Channel One include also promoting of partners in identification and execution of their own projects based on the company’s technology, strengthening of cooperation between the integrator companies and IBM and increasing of participation of technological solutions of IBM in the offer of partner companies.
