- Designed responsive and customizable user experience for mobile sales clerks, and increasedoverall customer satisfaction with the productby 100%.
- Used feedback from customers and partners, to redesign the device activation experience for Dynamics 365 Retail, which reduced support and debugging requests by 75%.
- For all projects designed workflow diagrams, wireframes, and UI specifications and provided design guidance for code reviews to consistently increase the quality of the product.
IdentityMine: Senior User Experience Designer, September 2012 to December 2013.
- Microsoft DPE Community Champ and lead user experience designer, working closely with Microsoft to bring customers onto the Windows 8 platform, including Autodesk, Citrix, Fiserv, Holiday Inn, Inrix, and Staples.
- Designed Windows native user experience for YouTube, improving rating from 2.8 to 3.9.

- Annual Process Integration:Integrated and streamlined two disparate userexperiences and reduced employee and manager time spent on annual reviews.
- Key innovations included an all-up manager view of the tasks and related statuses of their direct reports, contextually related tools and content, and seamless online/offlineauthoring.
- Sales Readiness Gadget: Simplified how to find useful information while moving through the sales stages by designing a one-stop desktop gadget that provided content related to the client, product, and competition.
Microsoft (Dynamics AX): User Experience Designer (Volt), August 2009 to April 2010.
- Online Seller Experience: Designed workflows, and interactive prototypes for user testingforthe online seller experience. Theexperience connects customer inventory from their ERP system to self-designed or third-party sales environments. Key features designed included marketplace set-up and online store design, inventory management and pricing, along with payment and shipping set-up.

- Project Skye Personal Portal:Lead the user experience design from discovery phase to final proof of concept.
- Project Skye Gadgets: Designed and tested gadgets via cross-team collaboration with MSN content groups.
