Dear March of Dimes Friends:

We hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and is having a Happy New Year. We cannot think of a better way to kick off 2011 than with the Angels and Sweethearts Calendar presented by Cynthia Pace Photography. Now in its third year, the Angels and Sweethearts Calendar has raised over $20,000 for March of Dimes here in South Carolina. Those beautiful angels and sweethearts that fill the pages of the calendar are such a delight and help to remind everyone of how important our mission is here at the March of Dimes. We still have some 2011 calendars available to purchase; however, the 2012 campaign is already on it way.

Would you like to participate in this campaign? Cynthia Pace Photography will be hosting sessions beginning January 20th as they begin to seek out the top 12 Angels and Sweethearts of 2011. Sessions will be held in the Columbia/ Lexington area January 20th-27th, in Charleston on Feb. 4th, in Florence on Feb 11th, and in Greenville on Feb 8th. Each session cost an $80 donation to the March of Dimes. Every child participating will have a chance to be in the 2012 Calendar.

After all sessions are complete, every angel and sweetheart that had a session will be voted on at www.cynthiapacephotography.com/vote. Voting will begin April 1st and end April 30th at 7pm. Votes will cost $1/vote and all money from voting will be donated to March of Dimes. After the voting is over, the top 12 angels and/or sweethearts will be featured in the 2012 Angels and Sweethearts calendar, with the winning angel or sweetheart being featured on the front cover.

Purchasing Images

We will have special event packages available. These packages range from $120 - $1000+ and will be a considerable discount from our normal pricing. Money from purchasing images is not tax deductible and is probably the only thing not donated to March of Dimes.

Voting

Voting will begin April 1st and end on April 30th at 7pm.

Votes are $1/vote and are tax deductible gifts to March of Dimes.

Calendars

Calendars are available to be pre-purchased for $8/calendar Jan 1st – August 1st.

After August 1st, Calendars will be $10/calendar.

All calendar purchases are considered a tax deductible gift to March of Dimes.

Sponsors

We do have a limited number of sponsor spots available (5). Sponsors will receive recognition as a sponsor in most letters, blog articles, etc as well as receive a business card size advertisement on the back of the calendar. We will of course offer the spots to previous sponsors first; however, if someone is interested in sponsoring, please have them contact us at 803.356.0097 or .

Contest Rules and Guidelines:
- There will be a total of Eleven (12) winning entries. 12 winning entries will receive a special session to be used in "Angels and Sweethearts" Calendar
- Sessions will be held in:

Columbia/ Lexington- January 20-27th
Charleston – February 4th
Florence – February 11th
Greenville –February 18th

. Sessions will be by appointment only. Session bookings begin Jan 1st, 2011 and end the last day of sessions or until all sessions have been booked.
- Sessions will cost $80 and are considered a tax deductible gift to March of Dimes

- Each session will equate to one (1) entry into the calendar contest. If two children are involved in session, the calendar entry will be one image including both children. If a participant wishes for their children to be entered separately, separate session fees will be required. The limit on children per session will be two children. If a participant wishes to enter more than two children, more than one session fee will be required.
- Children participating in the contest must be between the age of Newborn - 10 years old.
- One image from each session will be chosen by Cynthia Pace Photography to be entered into the contest. These images will be placed online for voting. Anyone may vote on their favorite entry.
To vote users may log onto the website and cast their ballot, ballots will cost $1 per vote. There is no limit on the number of votes one contestant may receive and nor the number one user may cast.
- Online voting will begin April 1st, 2011 and end at 7pm on April 30th, 2011.
- Winners will be listed on the Cynthia Pace Photography blog by May 6th, 2011.
- Cynthia Pace Photography will determine which winner is chosen for which month.
- The "Angels and Sweethearts" 2012 Calendar will be available for ordering January 1st, 2011. Calendars will be available for a special price of $8 per calendar January 1st - August 1st 2011. Calendars will then be available for a cost of $10 after August 1st, 2011
