Ø  Review/Discussion Topics

§  2014 Programming

Staff gave a brief overview of the programming budget summary through July, showing the money budgeted, the expenditures and the remaining balance. With the balance being $120,000 and the current expenditures estimating about $94,945.00, a balance of $25,055.00 remains. Staff pointed out that there was overspending on the budget in creative and legislative communications, but money was saved on the outdoor display allowing for a balance to remain.
