“One for All and All for One”

Dear Parent/Guardians and Students:

WELCOME to another wonderful year at Merrywood Elementary School. Students and teachers are working hard developing classroom procedures, following the Musketeer Manners, and LEARNING! We appreciate your continued dedication and support as we transition into a smooth routine for the 2014 - 2015 school year. Please encourage your child to continue to follow the Musketeer Manners wherever they are! Those that will be emphasized in the month of September are listed below. Our theme for this year is “LIGHTS, CAMERA, ACTION - WATCH MERRYWOOD SHINE!”

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARENTS:
Parents, If you have not done so, you MUST provide us with a current proof of residency that is no more than one month old. This can include a cable bill, power bill, or lease agreement. This must be turned in no later than Friday, Sept. 5th. Also, please make sure that you inform the office and the teacher of any changes in your contact information. We need to be able to get a hold of you in case of emergency or other issues that may arise. Thank you so much for your cooperation in this matter.
Also, we need HELP with dismissal - PLEASE keep your child’s name card displayed in your dashboard until you have exited the pick up area. Please keep this visible even after your child’s name has been called. We want to ensure that all students enter the appropriate car upon pick up. This will allow for a faster pick-up time - THANK YOU!
