a) The provisions laid down in the “Public Procurement Act 2006 & Public Procurement Rule 2008” will be strictly followed.
b) The work may be totally dropped. Quantity may be increased or decreased. No claim or extra rate will be entertained in this regards.
c) Tenderers shall have valid Trade License, Tax Identification no. up to date Income Tax clearance Certificate/Payment Receipt, VAT Registration Certificate, Valid Enlistment of 2014-15 in office of the Executive Engineer, Morphology Division, BWDB, Kushtia.
d) If the Tender submission is not possible on the last date fixed in the notice due to unavoidable circumstances the tender submission date will automatically shifted to the next working day up to 12.00 noon & Open on the same day at 13.00 hours.
e) In cause of credit certificate from bank specific package number and name of the work must be mentioned in the certificate along with document of credit line facilities.
f) Work order will be issued only after concurrence from the competent authority.
g) Tenders must be submitted with all the documents as required by the undersigned in Tender Data sheet (TDS). Failing to comply with the requirements, the Tender may be rejected.
h) The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
i) Payment will be made as per availability of fund.
j) The Tender notice will be available in BWDB's web site

The Manager, Janata Bank Corporate Branch, Kushtia along with 250 (Two hundred fifty) sets of Standard Tender Document (STD) for selling to the intending Tenderers (Enlistment list attached) upto 08-12-2014 @ mentioned in clause no 25, column-5. The sale proceeds shall be credited to the Deputy Director, Regional Accounting Center (RAC), BWDB Kushtia’s Account No. STD 07/97, Janata Bank Corporate Branch, Kushtia. Unsold Tender documents along with the copy of the credit advice may please be sent to DD, RAC, and Kushtia endorsing the copy to the undersigned at the earliest.
