Nomination questionnaire
Instructions:
In the submission form you are asked to provide information about the product or service that you are nominating. Preferably all, but at least two participants from two different EUREKA Member Countries per project, must submit the nomination questionnaire together. In addition you can provide links to your company or research institution, product web pages, photo, video, etc. Please give within mentioned words’ count a clear and precise description so that the jury can assess your entry on its merits.
Your nomination questionnaire should be sent in WORD format by email to . In the subject line of your e-mail you must refer to your EUREKA number and project name. The submission deadline is 04 November 2016.
NB: Universities and research institutes can qualify their success in terms of academic papers and posters accepted international journals or peered conferences, IPR etc.
