This should be video documentation of a previous work that connects to your research or that demonstrate your intended approach to you research.

  • Clearly address the selection criteria below. This should be no more than 3pages(additional pages will not be assessed).
  • Biographies for all artists should be condensed to 1 page in total (no CV’s please, additional pages will not be assessed)
  • To submit, please create 1 PDF document of the proposal and biogs (4 pages total) PLUS 1 PDF document of this Cover Page
  • Please ensure that you include your full name in both document file names
