Spanish I B Syllabus
Course Description
Spanish I B, the second course of a four-semester series, continues building on the fundamentals of the Spanish language which were introduced in Spanish I A. High emphasis is placed on basic vocabulary, grammar, word conjugation, sentence structure, and noun/adjective agreement.
Course Objectives
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:
· define Spanish vocabulary words and grammar rules
· understand dialogue in Spanish
· reproduce these dialogues orally
*NOTE: The suggested time frame for the completion of each unit is just an estimate. This syllabus is based on an 18-week semester. You may work on each unit at your own pace, but keep in mind that you must finish the entire course within the time specified by your school district.
