Barry’s Field – Update on meeting with Barry’s Field Trustees
Finance-– To resolve, confirm and authorise Mayschedule of accounts and to receive monthly report from Clerk.
Approve Financial Year End Accounts
Negotiation – Planning; Discuss and vote on Planning negotiation strategy, following on from the Planning negotiation course attended by Cllr Taylor and the Clerk, the P.C. will discuss the option of entering into negotiations with Developers..
Community Project – Discuss and vote on procedure for defining Community and infostructure projects that require funding from CIL, P.C., Developer contributions or grants.
Budget – to review budget
Salary Reviews; To discuss and vote on proposal to defer Clerks review until CiLCA qualification is gained
To discuss and vote on Salary review for caretaker.
River Bourne Community Farm – To receive update from Clerk. Discuss and vote on fence at Recreation Ground and quotes from River Bourne
Queen’s Birthday Village Fair – Update on paperwork request from Clerk
Correspondence –Letter from Roger Hardy
