  8. Welcome New Members and thank you for attending
  9. All mothers are in the Mother’s Guild whether they attend the meetings or not
  10. Our active involvement directly affects the many wonderful experiences our daughters have at Regina High School
  11. Haunted Garage Production Halloween Fundraiser Presentation by Glen Williams
  12. Possible Fundraiser date – October 29, 2016 from 6:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.
  13. Proposed presale ticket price of $10.00 (with $4.00 earned for Regina from each ticket sold)
  14. Tickets could be sold on-line and at school
  15. 20 minute Halloween tours
  16. need 2-3 volunteers for the night of the event
  17. “Up to 1,000 people can come though the tour during the 3 hour event,” said Glen Williams
  18. Powderpuff RaffleTicket Sales
  19. Powderpuff Game Date – Saturday, September 17 @ 1:00 p.m. at Stevenson High School
  20. Rule changes regarding raffle ticket sales discussed
  21. Need 2 people to chair raffle ticket sales (must be on RMG for at least 6 months)
  22. Need at least 10 raffle ticket sellers throughout the event – sign up sheet was distributed- 12 volunteers committed to sell raffle tickets (Denise has this list)
  23. $ earnedfrom ticket sales goes to Senior Prom
  24. Raffle Ticket prices - 10 tickets for $5 and 1 for $1
  25. Liz will provide beginning funds to the 2 chairpersons
  26. Denise will ask Dad’s Club to provide lunch for the raffle ticket sales people
  27. Lisa James will provide a tent for the 2 chairpersons to use during Powderpuff
  28. Volunteer requested to make a “Go Wolves” sign for the Raffle Table
  29. Fashion Show
  30. Denise discussed the Fashion Show – what the Fashion Show is and the commitment necessary for their daughters to have an opportunity to be in the show when they become seniors. Attendees were encouraged to read the bylaws on the Regina website.
  1. Freshmen Representatives
  2. Denise defined the role of a freshman representative
  3. Norvetta discussed her experience as a freshmen rep and offered assistance to potential new reps
  4. Any parent interested in freshmen rep were told to see Denise after this meeting
  5. Miscelleaneous Information
  6. When attending meetings, be sure to sign in. All minutes and notices will be emailed.
