Application Form: Richmond International Exchange and Global Mobility Programme
Guidance notes:
- We do our best to ensure that students receive their first choice of country/institution – however, we cannot guarantee this until the application period is finished and we have received all students’ applications.
- Your key contact person throughout the study abroad process will be Camille Toublanc Brewster (), Global Mobility Coordinator. She is available to support you and help facilitate this experience. However, the responsibility to gain transfer credit approval, confirm tuition payments and arrange visa and travel arrangements lies with the student alone.
- You must get at least 8 classes approved for transfer credit for a semester abroad, following successful acceptance into the programme.
- Your acceptance into the programme is reliant on you following all deadline and instructions that the International Programmes departments requires of you. We reserve the right to withdraw you from the programme if you do not maintain regular contact or follow the guidelines set out by the International Programmes department.
Eligibility criteria:
-Minimum GPA of 3.0
-Ability to transfer credit back to your university degree
-Having met with Camille Toublanc Brewster to discuss the financial and academic logistics of taking part in the Richmond International Exchange and Global Mobility Programme.
Important considerations
Once selected into the programme you will need to make a separate application to your host university. Acceptance from your host university is required to confirm your exchange placement. The host university reserves the right to decline your application.
Richmond will assist you with information and assistance required to facilitate your overseas partnership exchange. However, remember you are responsible for obtaining your student visa to your host country, arranging your travel and organising your finances and personal needs.
Declaration – By completing this application form, I confirm that I have understood (and sought further advice where necessary) the information above and acknowledge that my application may be dismissed if I do not comply with the guidance notes, as expressed above; and that due to limited spaces, I may not be allocated my first choice University.
