C DEVELOPER: Developed and maintained a VAX/VMS C diagnostic subsystem, "Self Monitor", in support of a mission critical application. Self-Monitor watched for events and thresholds that triggered logging, paging and reporting based upon severity. Used system services for application building blocks.

SOFTWARE INTEGRATION TECHNICIAN: Assembled software components, documentation, installation procedures and release notes into a "Shrink Wrapped" deliverable product under minimal direction. Provided on-site customer support for the installation, configuration and training of new release functionality. Coordinated software development, test and user community release cycles. Negotiated Service Level Agreement with support organizations that saved over $100,000 in license fees.

SOFTWARE CONFIGURATION MANAGER: Defined and implemented interdepartmental SCM procedures and methodologies that overcame aggressive and complex commercial software release cycles.
