Sir District Master, District Marshals and Assemblies,

On July 4, 2017, our Assembly marches in the “Greeley Independence Stampede Parade" led by our Color Corps Commander, Conrad Ouellette. We are inviting the District Master, District Marshals and all Assemblies in the state of Colorado to join us in Greeley, with full regalia, to participate in the Independence Day Parade. After the parade, all participants and their families are invited to the Council #2160 Hall to enjoy a BBQ provided by the Council and Assembly.

I am requesting District Master Roger Muller to forward this on to the Colorado District Marshals who in turn will forward to each of their assigned Assemblies.

We are asking for a reply by June 30, 2017 so that adequate arrangements can be made for both the parade and BBQ.

GREELEY INDEPENDENCE DAY STAMPEDE PARADE

All persons participating in Color Corps / Honor Guard are to meet between 7:00 and 7:15 A. M. for practice. Parade begins at 9:00 A. M. After parade we will gather at the Council #2160 Hall 2600 6th Avenue in Greeley for a BBQ.

Where to Park:
Park in alley parking lot between 10th and 11th Avenues (Avenues run North/South) and 19th and 20th Street (Streets run East/West). Entrance via alley off of 11th Avenue between 19th and 20th Street marked by four yellow guard posts.

Directions to 2600 6th Ave
Going South on 8th Avenue (US85 Bus) turn left onto 26th Street. Council Hall is on South East corner.
Going North on 8th Avenue (US85 Bus) turn right onto 26th Street. Council Hall is on South East Corner.

Note: On map quest type in council address from there pull map to view parking area outlined above then expand and view satellite and you can see parking lot. Entrances from 19th and 20th Street will be blocked off.
