The team calendar is a new view that allows you to see other team member’s appointments on your calendar in order to get a holistic view of everyone’s appointments. You can view this in a weekly view, as shown here, or switch to a daily view that offers an hour by hour breakdown of the day of each resource added to the calendar.
Groups of users can be pre-defined and saved as a calendar view . The users do not have to be part of the same organizational team. For instance, you can use a team calendar for people working on a specific deal. Alternatively, you can navigate using the resource management hierarchy in order to see the calendar of specific groups within organizations.
Of course, if someone is to add a user to their calendar, they will only see the details of their appointments if that user has chosen to share their calendar details with them. If not, they will simply see that the user is busy at that time. As well, even if they have shared details, if the user has marked a particular appointment as private, then they will only see the time blocked off in the calendar. They will not be able to see any additional details.

In the Day View you can see all appointments for customer demos, important calls and even team training. This allows Sales Managers to better coordinate team schedules.
The team calendar offers Sales Managers a complete view of how their team spends their time, so they can coach and assist their team where needed.

Here is a summary of the features I have talked about today:
The team calendar provides a single calendar view that displays the appointments of multiple resources at one time, giving a quick view of what your team is working on, or the appointments surrounding a group of resources that are all working on the same project. It allows you to quickly create new teams and navigate to the management resource hierarchy.
