ORANGE BLOSSOM KOA EXTENDED STAY GUIDELINES

1. CHECK OUT

A. Check out time is 12:00 noon. Please notify the Office by 10 a.m. if you wish to extend your stay.

Notify the Office to make arrangements for late departure (fee).

2. SPEED LIMIT

A. Please observe the 7 ½ mph maximum speed limit.

B. Traffic pattern throughout the park is counter clockwise.

3. FIRES

A. Fires at all sites must be in grills or hibachis with significant legs to prevent damage to site.

B. Always practice fire safety and completely extinguish fires before retiring or leaving.

C. We have fire pits and firewood – at the office. ($)

4. SWIMMING POOL

A. Pool hours 9 a.m. to dusk.

B. There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty.

C. Children under the age of 14 may not swim without an adult in attendance.

D. Proper attire required – no swimming in street clothes or cutoffs.

E. Babies who wear diapers MUST wear swim diapers in the pool.

5. RV/VEHICLE WASHING/MAINTENANCE

A. Do not wash your RV or vehicle at your campsite.

B. No vehicle maintenance allowed.

6. SMOKERS

A. Please dispose of cigarettes properly – do not toss on the ground.

7. ALCOHOL

A. Keep alcoholic beverage use low-key and on your site. Excessive drinking will not be tolerated.

8. RENTAL FEES

A. WE DO NOT REFUND RENTAL FEES FOR ANY REASON.

B. Rent must be paid in CASH OR VISA/MASTERCARD/DISCOVER credit cards.

C. Any site left unoccupied (RV leaves) for forty-eight hours and no notice of intent (written) having been given to the Office, shall be considered to have been vacated and will be open for rental.

D. Subleasing of the site is prohibited. Anyone occupying the RV during the absence of the tenant

will be charged at current rates as posted in the Office. Rates are subject to change.

E. MONTHLY RATES: Occupancy is for a maximum of two (2) adults. Additional guests will be

charged at current rates as posted in the Office. Rates are subject to change.

1. The monthly rate is for 30 or 31 (except February which is 28 or 29) consecutive nights.

If the site is vacated for several nights during the month, the occupancy period

continues and vacant nights count toward the month.

2. Rent and all other charges are due and payable on or before the anniversary date.

Non-payment of rent and other charges by the anniversary date is grounds for

immediate ejection from the campground.

9. USE OF SITE AND CAMPGROUND FACILITIES

A. Premises may be used only for the purpose of a RECREATIONAL CAMPSITE. The practice of any trade,

profession, or business on the property is strictly forbidden.

B. Use of FIREARMS OR FIREWORKS on the property is prohibited.

C. Day guests using campground facilities must check in at the Office and will be charged for the use of the

facilities. Any overnight guests must check in at Office and pay the current day rate for extra people.

10. PETS

A. Maximum of two dogs per site. No outdoor fencing of any size is allowed.

B. Pets must be leashed and kept quiet at all times. Please clean up after your pet. Do not leave your pet

tied outside unattended. You may let your pet run off leash in the Pet Playground.

C. Aggressive dogs of ANY breed are not welcome.

11. QUIET TIME

A. Quiet time is from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Noise or conduct which disturbs or annoys others will not be

tolerated.

B. Actions which make other guests uncomfortable or lessen their enjoyment of the campground will not

be permitted.

12. SITE CARE & APPEARANCE (If in doubt, check with the Office first)

A. No tents in RV sites. Screen rooms without floor only.

B. Any exterior personal or household items must be stored in a single small deck box.

C. Outside storage/use of refrigerators or freezers is not allowed. Large storage containers, sheds, cargo

trailers, etc. are not allowed on site.

D. No permanent structures or enclosures of any kind are allowed (rooms, sheds, cabinets, etc.)

E. An entry step no larger than 3 feet by 5 feet is permissible for handicapped persons only.

F. A carpet designed for outdoor use not exceeding the width of the RV awning is allowed. Patio sites- no

rugs on grass.

G. Do not drive long stakes in the ground – our water lines, cabling, etc. are not very deep.

H. Satellite dishes must be portable, do not mount directly into ground.

I. No landscaping, gardens or patio constructions is allowed.

J. Ladders and kayaks must be stowed under RV.

K. No excessive lawn ornaments, statues, decorations, or plants.

13. VEHICLES

A. A maximum of one RV and two motor vehicles are allowed per site. There is a storage area for boats,

trailers or tow dollies (a fee may apply). Motor vehicles other than RVs are prohibited in the storage

area. Management reserves the right to determine which vehicles are acceptable on site.

B. No long term idling of diesel vehicles or motorcycles.

C. No work vehicles and/or commercial logos.

14. ELECTRIC, WATER, AND SEWER LINES

A. Above listed lines must be attached only to the connections provided at your site. No “Y” adapters for

extra hoses.

B. All lines must be situated and maintained in such a manner as not to leak.

C. All lines are subject to being moved to facilitate site maintenance. The campground management and

employees will not be responsible for breakage or damage.

D. SEWER WATER (GRAY & BLACK) WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RUN ON THE SURFACE OF THE GROUND.

IT MUST GO INTO THE SEWER SYSTEM.

15. TRASH

A. All trash (household only) must be placed in tied plastic bags and put in front of site by 10 a.m. or taken

to the dumpster located near the front entrance. Please DO NOT place trash outside at night.

16. CLOTHES LINES

A. Clothes lines are not permitted in the campground. A laundry room is located in the main building. Do

not tie anything to the trees.

17. STRICT COMPLIANCE

A. These rules are for the protection and comfort of all our guests. We require strict adherence to them.

Failure to follow the rules will result in you being asked to vacate the premises and we will not refund

any portion of your site rental.

B. Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss of property. Orange Blossom KOA

is a privately owned enterprise, and as such, reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
