NO Electricity ​is available for craft vendors

You are responsible for providing your own canopy/tent, tables and chairs.

You must break down your boxes and dump them in the dumpster at the ball field fence. Trash Cans on the polo field are NOT FOR USE by vendors. You must dispose of all garbage, packing materials and boxes in the dumpster and clear your space.

Vendor Fees​: ​Early-bird booths are $30 single or $55 double by August 1. $35 single or $65 double on or after August 2, 2017. Vendor fee is due no later than August 15, 2017. Monies will be accepted in form of check, money order, or cash. Vendor fee is due no later than August 15, 2017.

Check or Money Order should be made payable to 6​th​ Cavalry Museum.

VENDOR FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. IF YOU DO NOT ATTEND THE FEE WILL BE CONSIDERED A DONATION TO THE 6​th CAVALRY MUSEUM.

Canopy​: ​Vendors are allowed to bring their own canopy but are not required to have one. This is an outdoor event so keep that in mind. Only one canopy per vendor, please.

Set Up​: ​Can start @ 2 p.m. on Sunday, September 3rd​.

ALL VENDORS MUST BE ON SITE to set-up your booth Monday, September 4, NO LATERthan 10 amor you forfeit your vendor fee, space and will not be allowed to set-up.

NO EARLY BREAK DOWNS allowed. In Case of an Emergency see event director. Booth assignment is at the discretion of the organizers.

Location​: ​Polo Field # 6 Barnhardt Circle. Located beside the 6​th​ Cavalry Museum.

Publicity​: ​Event will be advertised on local TV, Radio, newspapers, social media and billboards.

NO LATE VENDOR FEES WILL BE ACCEPTED! YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO CLEAN YOUR AREA BEFORE LEAVING. TRASH BAGS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED.

THE 6​TH​ CAVALRY MUSEUM AND NO ONE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS EVENT IS

RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, STOLEN ITEMS ORVEHICLE DAMAGE WHILE ATTENDING THIS EVENT. YOUR SIGNATURE ON THE APPLICATION IS ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF THIS CLAUSE.

YOU MAY UNLOAD YOUR VEHICLE AT THE EVENT SITE, YOU MUST THEN MOVE YOUR VEHICLE TO DESIGNATED PARKING AREA.
