Description:Responsible for supporting enterprise resource planning and information systems for state-wide university system. Specific job duties include: (1) developing, maintaining, and improving enterprise resource planning and related information systems; (2) providing design and analysis to support PeopleSoft and ancillary systems; (3) programming and testing information systems; (4) implementing web-based, state-wide applications for human resource management; (5) collaborating with business analysts to design subsystems and modify existing programs for greater efficiency; (6) working with system users on applications modifications and testing; and (7) developing and maintaining documentation for assigned subsystem design and program development.
Minimum Qualifications: B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related
field; 2 years of software engineering experience, including
specific experience in relational database application
development system design and analysis, and SQL; knowledge
of object oriented programming principles, and proficiency
with OOP, SQL, HTML, XML, and COBOL.
