In order to better serve your children, the Marion County School District is helping the state of Kentucky identify children of farm workers who may qualify to receive additional educational services.

If you answer yes to any of the following questions, please return this form to your child’s school. (If you receive more than one of these surveys, only complete one and list below the names of all your children.
