Planning application no.170021

Following the issues of Drainage Assessment, Aberdeen Football Stadium,February 2017,Issue 05 ACC Flood team have the following outstanding concerns about the scheme.

·  All of the Modelling works seems to been done in FEH 99 we require it to be done in FEH 13 and in line with the SEPA modelling guidance. Reason Flood Risk

·  We require detail DWG showing flood extents and the effect on the car parking particularly what the flood depths will be. Reason Flood Risk

·  We have particular concern about the use of porous paving in the flood plane area. How with this work once a flood event has past and the silt has blocked up the filter. Can you clarify why this type of suds was chosen

·  We have concerns that the overall porous paving is not enough to deal high rainfall events can you please confirm that there is adequate drainage via the porous paving. Reason Flood Risk

·  Table 1 in the FRA is not the same as the info within the text can you please clarify.

·  FRA makes no reference to the North east local flood risk management plan

·  The FRA should consider both Summer and Winter risk. Reason Flood Risk

·  We require further clarity on the FRA crossing sections showing when the Water will be out of bank and in what return period

·  We require confirmation that there has been no increase in flow downstream across all key return periods Reason Flood Risk
