Guidelines to fill the template:

Table in paragraph 2

Source data name: name of the data product(s) used to produce the Topographic BaseMap

Documentation: URL where the source product documentation may be found.

Table in paragraph 3

LayerName: name of the layer (generally a feature type) to be displayed on the map, as stated in the Topographic BaseMap SLD.

Source product: the name of the source product that has been used to provide data for the corresponding layer. For instance, BD TOPO, TOP10, MasterMap.

NOTE: if several source products have been used for a same layer (e.g. products at different levels on detail), add the necessary lines in the table.

Level of zoom range: to document for which levels of zoom of the Topographic BaseMap the source product has been used.

NOTE: in general, the same source product has been used for all the ‘national” levels of zoom, i.e. between 2K and 72K. In this case, just indicate [2K, 72K].

If different source products have been used, indicate the scale range for each product.

LoD/ accuracy/scale: the level of detail and/or the accuracy and/or the accuracy of the source product. The level of detail has to be provided according to ELF terminology, i.e. Master level 0 or Master level 1 or Master level 2.

Validity date (source data): date considered as the most appropriate to document the data actuality of the source product (e.g. date of last update).

Deviations from common specification – national specificities: to be documented as free text
