MONTHLY REPORT TEMPLATE

Instructions:

If you are a full time WCS Mongolia Program staff member please fill out one of these reports every month. You may not have information for each section.
Save the monthly template file with your name and date of submission.
Submit the report to your immediate supervisor via e-mail and copy the WCS Country Program Director.
Submit the reports on the last Wednesday of every month.

Reporting period: 1-31 July, 2011

Month activity: Pride campaign: I was working on more Mass media: Pride campaign activities which is local FM radio channel plan and preparation full monthly and we are focusing legal month until first August. That is before the hunting season so we need to become aware more Tag and certificate information to locals. Also we are planning local DV programs which are some seconds of advertize of hunting law orders and kids conserving gazelle talk show/mascot in Choibalsan.

Print materials: we printed campaign another brochure (500) is Tag/certificate information after hunt if locals bring to other area or sell/buy wildlife meat. Also campaign additional T-shirts (100) and bag (100) printed out on 22nd July then we will send to Choibalsan who is get up materials on 24th July. WCS Intern Torkhuu will organize Black market/ Nadam festival activites in end July and he will use those materials.

Herder Community meeting/VR training: I also preparing DRAFT agenda and schedule for Volunteer ranger training in 9-12th Aug at Chukh camp, Dashbalbar Soum.

My vacations on 25-29th July and to get back work on 1st Aug.

WCS Intern: Intern Torkhuu is working with local TV and FM channel in July and he also learning was hunting/ PA/ community laws. He is also to reading HC profile information and to know all HC/s.
