MLA Page Format
1. Use double-spacing throughout the paper.
2. Use a standard typeface/font such as Arial, Times New Roman, or Garamond (Font Size 12, no larger)
3.Leave margins of one inch at the top and bottom and on both sides of the text.
4. Indent the first word of a paragraph one-half inch (5 spaces) from the left margin.
5. Number pages in the upper right-hand corner, one half inch from the top and flush with the right margin.
Works Cited (Bibliography) Page
1.Center the title, Works Cited, an inch from the top of the page.
2. Double space between the title and the first entry.
3. Alphabetize entries in the list of works cited by the author's last name.
4. If the author's name is unknown, alphabetize by the title, ignoring any initial A, An, or The.
5. If an entry runs more than one line, indent the subsequent line or lines five spaces or one-half inch.
6. Double- space the entire list, both between and within entries.
7. Abbreviate the names of months except for May, June, and July.
