DOUBLE FOLD CARD

Paper Sizes:

·  One - 8-1/2”x 11” piece of cardstock

·  One - 5”x 5” piece of pattern paper

·  Two - 5” x 2-1/2” pieces of pattern paper

·  Two - 4-1/2” x 4-1/2” x 6-1/4” (triangle) piece of pattern paper*

·  One - 5-1/4” x 5-1/4” piece of coordinating cardstock

·  Two - 5-1/4” x 2-3/4” pieces of coordinating cardstock

·  Two- 5 x 5 x 7 (triangle) piece of coordinating cardstock

* When cutting triangles from pattern paper watch the direction of the pattern.

Supplies:

·  Scor-Pal™

·  Scor-Mat™

·  Scor-Tape™ 1/4” size

·  Adhesive (ie:liquid, glue stick, tape runner)

·  Metal Ruler

·  Craft Knife

·  24” coordinating ribbon

·  Stamps, ink, embellishments

Step 1:

Align the 8-1/2” x 11” piece of cardstock to the top fence, left side and score at 5-1/2”.

Step 2:

Turn cardstock to the left and align to the top fence, left side, and score at 5-1/2”.

Fold piece of cardstock at scores and crease with the Scor-Tool™ to set scores.

Step 3:

Place cardstock on Scor-Mat™, cut, and remove the rectangle (3” x 5-1/2”)on the lower

left side of cardstock.

Step 4:

On the upper left side of cardstock (5-1/2” x 5-1/2” area) cut diagonally from

the lower left corner to the upper right and remove the triangle.

Step 5:

Adhere pieces of pattern paper to coordinating cardstock.

·  5” x 5” piece to 5-1/4” x 5-1/4” piece

·  5” x 2-1/2” pieces to 5-1/4” x 2-3/4” pieces

·  4-1/2” x 4-1/2” x 6-1/4” pieces to 5” x 5” x 7” pieces

Step 6:

Adhere pattern paper/ coordinating cardstock pieces to card.

·  5-1/4” x 5-1/4” piece to 5-1/2” x 5-1/2” area on card

·  5-1/4” x 2-3/4” pieces to 5-1/2” x 3” areas on card

·  5” x 5” x 7” piece to inside 5-1/2” x 5-1/2” x 7-3/4”

Step 7:

To make card closure place 12” of ribbon on the front of card and

the remaining 12” on the back. Using Scor-Tape™ adhere ribbon to

triangle front of card.

Step 8:

Adhere 5” x 5” x 7” to the front of the card covering the ribbon.

Step 9:

Decorate card as desired.
