Safety is everyone’s responsibility

Daniel Anthony Construction requires that all Subcontractors adhere strictly to the safety regulations of every project. Those requirements are as follows:

  1. Any and all OSHA standards that apply to each project.
  2. No drugs or alcohol will be tolerated on the jobsite. Anyone found to be under the influence or having possession of drugs and/or alcohol while working at any of Daniel Anthony Construction’s job sites will be immediately and permanently removed.
  3. Clothing requirements are: shirts with sleeves, work pants,(no shorts) and work shoes or boots.
  4. Hard hats are required to be worn on all projects at all times.
  5. The uses of protective devices, i.e., eyes and face protection, respirators, gloves, personal fall arrest equipment, hearing protection and respirator protection.
  6. The jobsite is to be kept clean and all debris is to be placed in the location designated by the Jobsite Superintendent on a daily basis. Work areas will be cleaned up on an ongoing basis.
  7. Safety is everyone’s responsibility, report any violations to your supervisor and the Daniel Anthony Construction Jobsite Superintendent.
  8. Report all injuries to the Daniel Anthony’s Jobsite Superintendent.
  9. Provide to Daniel Anthony’s Jobsite Superintendent copies of all Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) on all hazardous materials in the workplace that are being used or provided by your firm.

Daniel Anthony Construction is committed to providing a safe working environment for any and all persons that are at the job site. We take this task very seriously. To do this we must require that each person adhere to the policies set forth by OSHA. Failure to do so will result in written warnings and possibly immediate and/or permanent removal from the job site. Depending on the severity of the offense. Violating safety policies could also effect the Subcontractors continuance of contract with Daniel Anthony construction and any loss in revenue due to this situation will be borne by the company who is responsible. Remember; anyone that is employed, contracted or other wise under the direction of you and/or your company is your responsibility.
