H60 PLAIN ROOF TILING

740 MORTAR BEDDED RIDGES:

Dreadnought Ridge Tiles.
A range of ridge tiles available in a smoothfaced or sandfaced finish to match the roof tiles.
Three standard types are available:
Plain half round ridge. Length: 300 mm.
Plain third round ridge. Length: 300 mm
Hogback ridge. Length: 300 mm. Angles: 90°, 105°, 115°.
Angle ridge. Length: 450 mm. 90°, 105°, 115°.
Capped Angle ridge. Length: 450 mm. 90°, 105°, 115°.
A baby half-round ridge (165 mm diameter), designed for use on porches or canopies, is also available.
A range of ornamental ridge tiles and finials are also available - see technical literature for illustrations.
Standard angles available: 75°, 90° or 105°.
Colours: To match roof tiles.
All of the ornamental ridge tiles can be supplied as ventilation ridges.
Ridge terminals are also available, designed to be mechanically fixed and bedded in mortar to match a traditionally mortar bedded ridge.
The ridgevent can be adapted for soil or mechanical extract by the use of the Ridge Pipe Adapter, which converts the rectangular hole under the ridge ventilator to 150, 125 or 100 mm outside diameter round spigot. A 110 mm diameter flexible pipe is available to connect the spigot to the top of the stack pipe. Not designed for the extraction of hot combustible gases. The ventilator must be sited at least 900 mm from any opening into the roof.
Dimensions:
Clay Clad Half Round Ridge: 460 mm long.
Clay Clad Angle Ridge 90° or 105°: 460 mm long.
Ventilation area: 10,000 mm2 per ridge vent. One ridge vent per 2 metre = 5000 mm2 per linear metre.
The roof pitch must be quoted when ordering.
