8:00 a.m.: The school resource officer for Lake Geneva Middle School issued citations to a 13 year old male, Burlington, for theft and damage to property.
8:20 a.m.: The police school liaison officer for Badger High School issued a 16 year old male, Lake Geneva, a citation for daily truancy.
11:02 a.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop on Center St. at Wisconsin St. The driver, 21 year old Nathaniel Brett Holman, Lake Geneva, was issued a citation for operating a vehicle after suspended registration and released.
12:59 p.m.: The police school liaison officer for Badger High School issued a 15 year old female, Lake Geneva, a citation for daily truancy and released.
3:23 p.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop on Wells St. at Townline Rd. The driver, 30 year old Jane Bowler Ashley, Lake Geneva, was issued a citation for non-registration of an automobile and released.
11/29/17
10:23 a.m.: An officer responded to a traffic accident on Interchange North at Center St. A driver, 31 year old Lindsay Nicole Hoagland, Lake Geneva, was issued a citation for failure to yield right of way from a stop sign and released.
4:36 p.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop on S. Edwards Blvd. at Park Dr. The driver, 20 year old Joshua Allen Lemay, Genoa City, was issued a citation for exceeding zones and posted limits for traveling 50 mph in a 30 mph zone and released.

4:22 p.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop on N. Edwards Blvd. at W. Main St. The driver, 33 year old Kimberly Marie Biagini, Pell Lake, was issued a citation for reckless driving-endangering safety and released.
10:17 p.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop on W. Main St. at Cook St. The driver, 18 year old Kenneth Ethan Hamilton, Harvard, Illinois, was issued citations for defective tail lamp and possession of drug paraphernalia and released.

1:39 a.m.: Officers responded to the 100 block of Center St. for a report of an odor of marijuana. Consequently a citation was issued to 18 year old Colleen Patricia Meegan, St. Louis, Missouri, for underage drinking. A citation was also issued to 19 year old Tricia Elizabeth Engel, Meqon, for underage drinking. The male in the room fled out the window but was apprehended later. Subsequently 18 year old Jack Raymond Sabinash, Thiensville, was issued citations for underage drinking, possession of a controlled substance-THC, resisting an officer, and trespassing.
2:58 a.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop on W. Main St. at Center St. The driver, 58 year old David J. Gioielli, Lake Geneva, was issued a citation for license restriction violation and released.
6:35 p.m.: An officer responded to the 600 block of N. Edwards Blvd. for a report of retail theft. Consequently a citation was issued to 30 year old Nicole Rae Holm, Lake Geneva, for retail theft.

Incidents from Previous Weeks
11/20/17 – 10:07 p.m.: Officers responded to the 100 block of Wells St. for a welfare check on an unresponsive male. Subsequently charges were referred to the Walworth County District Attorney’s Office on 26 year old Michael Robert Benedict, Lake Geneva, for bail jumping. He was then confined in the Walworth County Jail.
11/21/17 – 6:52 p.m.: Officers responded to the 500 block of Haskins St. for a report of trespassing. Consequently chargers were referred to the Walworth County District Attorney’s Office on 30 year old Bobby Richard Grossman, Delavan, for trespassing. He was then confined in the Walworth County Jail.
11/24/17 - 9:01 p.m.: - Officers were dispatched to the 400 block of Haskins St. for a report of a disorderly subject. Upon officers’ arrival, the subject had left the scene. The following day, the subject, 30 year old Aleksander William Pierce, Lake Geneva, came to the police department and as subsequently confined in Walworth County Jail on a charge of disorderly conduct.
