The no pass/no play rule applies for this event. Notify parents what side of stadium boys/girls will be competing on. Contestants must report to their respective starting positions on time when called by the announcer. Failure will to do so will result in disqualification.

Please directly supervise your students in the bleachers to ensure the safety of all participants. Explain carefully to students before the event that the only students allowed on the field are those “actively” participating in an event; all other students are to be in their section of the bleachers supervised by individuals from their campus. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO MENTION TO ALL STUDENTS/PARENTS TO WEAR SUNBLOCK (DO NOT PROVIDE) AND HAVE PLENTY OF WATER/DRINKS TO KEEP HYDRATED!!

Students may compete in only one individual event (track or field) and a relay. Medals will be awarded for 1st-3RD place; ribbons for 4th – 8th place for every heat/jumper.

Each campus is allowed two male and two female students per division and event. Students must wear “tennis shoes/sneakers” to compete.

Although this is a “fun” event for students; it is the perfect opportunity for the adults to model/ teach good sportsmanship – and make sure to bring a trash bag to keep the stadium clean!
