Welcome to the WIAA Division I Cross Country Sectional Meet hosted by Manitowoc High School. The event will be held at the Meadow Links Golf Course, 1540 Johnston Drive, Manitowoc on Saturday, October 21.
9:00am The course will open for athlete warm-ups
9:30am Coach Meeting, both D1 and D3 coaches will be present
10:30am Division 3 Girls Race
11:05am Division 1 Girls Race
11:50pm Division 3 Boys Race
12:25pm Division 1 Boys Race
There is a $75 entry fee, per gender ($150 if you will be sending your boys and girls teams) – per WIAA guidelines. Please make checks payable to Manitowoc Lincoln High School.
IMPORTANT
Be sure to enter your 7 varsity Runners on www.pttiming.com before noon on Tuesday, October 17. Scroll to find your sectional site (Manitowoc Lincoln). Please note that Manitowoc Lutheran is also hosting a sectional meet. Be sure to check your athlete’s year in school and correct spelling of their names.

JURY OF APPEALS: Will consist of the WIAA appointed starter Mr. Glen Rauwerdink, Meet Manager Coach Michael Bubolz, girls head coach-Sheboygan South, boys head coach-Fond Du Lac, and girls head coach-Sheboygan North.
Aurora/BayCare Sports Medicine Athletic Trainers will be on site at 9:00 am along with an ambulance for emergency situations. The trainer will not be available to treat pre-existing injuries such as taping, etc.
Clubhouse Off Limits: Access to the clubhouse and bowling alley is prohibited. Portable bathrooms will be provided for all athletes, coaches, and spectators.
Concession Stand & WIAA T-Shirts: There will be a concession stand located near the clubhouse. Let your athletes know that WIAA-sanctioned long sleeve shirts will be sold and can be found near the concession stand.

Directions to Meadow Links: I-43 to exit 154 – (Hwy 310) go east and follow to Johnston Drive. Turn right on Johnston Drive.
BUS PARKING: Buses and spectators may park on Johnston Drive or in the NW corner of the Old Lakeview Center Mall parking lot. The Younkers store parking lot is not available for spectator parking.
TEAM TENT: Team tent area is along Johnston Dr between the street and the running course. Please do not set up within 10 ft. of Johnston Drive.
CHIPS AND PACKETS: Upon arrival, please pick up timing chips and your meet packets at the finish line. At the conclusion of each race, a coach from each school team must return the timing chips to the PT Timing truck located near the finish line.
AWARDS PRESENTATION will take place as soon as possible after the boys race in the west parking lot/balcony area. D3 awards followed by D1 awards. We will recognize all State Meet qualifiers- the 2 top team finishers and the top 5 individuals not on those qualifying teams. After the awards, coaches of state qualifiers (teams and Individuals) are asked to pick up State Meet information at the awards area. Each school can receive a copy of the meet results online at www.pttiming.com.
COACHES: Please refer to the WIAA Cross Country Sectional/State Tournament information at the WIAA website for further information regarding the tournament procedures and State Meet qualifiers.
MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS:
Portable toilets will be available in the parking lot. Bowling alley or restaurant bathrooms are off limits.
NO teams or fans are allowed to rent golf carts! These are reserved for meet workers only.
NO BICYCLES ALLOWED on the GOLF COURSE!
NO PETS, FRISBEES or FOOTBALLS!
Please inform your parents and fans!!
Inform your runners to respect the property on the golf course; please stay off tee boxes and greens.
